Armed Forces Day Dinner & Awards
On Saturday 16 MAY 2009, the Bluegrass Military Affairs Coalition (BMAC) presented the 14th Annual BMAC Armed Forces Day Award Dinner at NorthEast Christian Church, Lexington KY. The purpose of the event was to recognize and honor local men and women currently serving in the United States Armed Forces.  The 7:00p program and dinner included patriotic music performed by the 202nd Army Band, presentation of The Colors by USMCR MP Co A LEX KY, a delicious buffet dinner, presentation of BMAC Outstanding Service Awards to uniformed members of local units, and featured remarks by Brigadier General Stephen J.
